2. There are no restrictions on the shooting time of the works in the competition. 3. All works in the competition shall not be returned, and all works shall be uploaded to Yunnan Tourism Photography Website and Yunnan Tourism Information Website for exhibition upon effective check. 4. Black-white photos, color photos, reversible photos and digital photos are all permitted in competition. 5. Photo headline and word distribution of the works in the competition: foreign participants are requested to provide English description and domestic participants are requested to provide Chinese description and such description should be correct and concise. 6. Requirements about the specifications of the works taking part in the competition: Whatever the photographing mediums are used for the pictures, participants are required to send 8-10 inches photo and the Registration Form for the Work Taking Part in Competition (one registration form for one work) to the organizing committee via mail. The photos should not be put in frames and it is only required to note photo headline in the back of the photo without marking the name, identify features of the participants in the photo so as to have a fair evaluation. The pixel of the photos shot by the digital camera should be more than six megapixels. 8. The competition shall not accept the photomontage or photos amended manually by taking advantage of computer technologies. 9. The photos should not be rolled, and only photos not folded or worn are acceptable. 10. The competition organizing committee shall make uniform registration and serial number for every photo. 11. The evaluation of the organizing committee shall be deemed as final and no appeal shall be accepted. III.
